Welcome to Strollin' Gait Farm. We are located in eastern Kentucky. We are owners, breeders, exhibitors and trainers of Tennessee Walking Horses. In 1963 Sun's Delight won the Walking Horse World Grand Championship. In addition to being an awesome show horse he proved to be one of the industries greatest reproducers. He shows up on many horses pedigrees and many of the top producing brood mares have lineage to him. Sun's Delight was the result of planned breeding on the part of Mr. A.S. Dean of Christiana Tennessee. Mr. Dean believed that if he bred the best he had to the best he could find that it would pay off. He proved that with Sun's Delight. Here at Strollin Gait Farm we believe in that same philosophy today. Our goal is to produce colts that have good confirmation, natural walking ability and who are intelligent and willing. We offer riding lessons by certified instructors, horse hauling, hay sales and occasionally have nice show and pleasure horses for sale.
